Alaska Seafood Company sells and produces a variety of Smoked Salmon, Halibut, and Cod products. We use only Wild Caught Pacific Salmon, Halibut, and Cod in these products. First, we brine these fish in salt and brown sugar and then apply the perfect amount of Alderwood smoke to each one. Additionally, we obtain all of our fish is from sustainable sources and freeze it only once. Also, it is worth noting that we do not add Nitrites, Nitrates, or any other artificial preservatives to our products.
Many of our smoked Salmon, Halibut, and Cod are shelf-stable meaning they do not require freezing or refrigeration while others must be frozen for shipping and long term storage. All of our frozen products are shipped by either FedEx overnight or FedEx 2-day shipping. While our shelf-stable products are typically shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Additionally, FedEx Shipping is free when shipped to the continental United States, USPS shipping is free within the United States.
