Dry brined, these Cold-Smoked Sockeye Salmon Lox (Lachs) have a deeply rich and natural color and the best possible flavors. Additionally, there are No preservatives or enhancers added during any part of this process. This process is similar to Scotch Lachs but combines Old-World and Alaskan Native techniques producing a new product, Alaskan Lox. After hand filleting, we brine and smoke to perfection using just the right amount of natural alder wood smoke. Resulting in a product that is Great with bagels, crackers, dips, as an appetizer, alone, or in a sushi-roll. These Sockeye Salmon Lox are vacuum packed in 20 oz full-fillets and ready to be sliced to your preferred thickness. Also available as sliced into a 5 oz. product weight and displayed neatly on a gold display board. Individually vacuum-packed, these Cold-Smoked Salmon Lox look great and taste great too.
