SHIPPING
Alaska Seafood Company provides free shipping with products shipped to the Continental United States.  Purchases made before 3 pm AKST Monday – Friday will ship out the next shipping day. Purchases made after 3 pm AKST Monday – Friday will ship out within 2 shipping days.
Shipping days are:
Shelf Stable / Dry Products: Monday – Saturday excepting USPS holidays.
Frozen Salmon / Halibut: (items identified as Overnight Shipping) are scheduled for shipment on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
Hot Smoked / Cold Smoked: (items identified as 2-day Shipping, and seasonal 2-day shipping items) are scheduled for shipment on Monday and Tuesday.

REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS

All returns, refunds, and or canceled orders are subject to a 10% processing/restocking fee based on the total sale amount of the transaction(s) at the discretion of Alaska Seafood Company.
For purchases made on a credit or debit card, it can take up to 5 to 10 Business Days for refunds to post, although the processing time is typically much faster.

RETURNS

Returns on shelf-stable (non-frozen) goods, for purposes of customer satisfaction, will be returned at the customers’ expense. Perishable (frozen/refrigerated) products received after the expected delivery date due to the fault of Alaska Seafood Company or its hired courier (for orders delivered within the United States) will be handled by Alaska Seafood Company at no further expense to the customer under normal circumstances. Other then normal circumstances will be determined on a case by case scenario but will include any time when FedEx suspends money back guarantees for on-time deliveries. International shipments (Canada), for perishable (Frozen/refrigerated) items, cannot be returned or insured, this is due to the requirement of clearing international customs which does not necessarily operate on the courier’s schedule. For that reason the Courier will not honor insurance on perishable (Frozen/refrigerated) goods shipped internationally, leaving us with no way to recoup loss caused by delays clearing international customs or caused by the hired courier. International shipments (Canada), for perishable (Frozen/refrigerated) items, will only be refunded to the customer if Alaska Seafood Company determines the loss was caused by actions outside the control of customs or the hired currier and were solely and clearly the fault of Alaska Seafood Company. Returns not directly covered by Alaska Seafood Company’s return policy will be handled at the discretion of Alaska Seafood Company on a case-by-case basis.

GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase and may be redeemed online or over the phone (1-800-451-1400). Gift Cards are a one-time use item and will not carry a balance after use.

All pricing for products on the alaskaseafoodcompany.com website is provided in U.S.D. (U.S. Dollars).
