Alaskan Smoked Salmon
Sustainably sourced from Alaskan glacial waters, our Alaskan Smoked Salmon has a superior color, texture, and flavor. This is because our Alaskan Salmon comes from a sustainable habitat that provides a leaner, firmer texture and superior flavor.
First, we skillfully hand filleted the Alaskan Salmon to a portion size of approximately 3/4 lb. Next, we place the portions in a proprietary brine and brine them to perfection. Afterward, we pull the salmon from the brine and load it onto our smokehouse racks. Then we give the Salmon just the right amount of Alderwood smoke producing the perfect Alaskan Smoked Salmon product. Finally, we vacuum pack each portion into durable high-quality poly-bags and freeze it to a cool -20 to -30 F before being shipping it to your door. There it awaits, maintaining all of its Wild Deliciousness, for discerning palates around the country.
