Alaskan Sockeye Sliced Lox
Dry brined, these Sockeye Salmon Lox have a deeply rich and natural color and the best possible flavors. Additionally, there are No preservatives or enhancers added during any part of this process. This process is similar to Scotch Lox but combines Old-World and Alaskan Native techniques producing a new product, Alaskan Lox. After hand filleting the Alaska Wild Sockeye Salmon, we brine and smoke them to perfection using just the right amount of natural alder wood smoke. Resulting in a product that is Great on top of a bagel, crackers, dips, as an appetizer, alone, or incorporated in a sushi roll. These Sockeye Salmon Lox are vacuum packed in 20 oz full fillet fashion and ready to be sliced to your preferred thickness. Cut semi-frozen on a bias with a sharp knife.
